It was impeccably clean, and I enjoyed perfect staff and atmosphere. Very comfy beds, central heating and an electronic key card were a nice touch. Location: the hotel was very close to Gorleston beach which is beautiful to walk along and 100 mtrs and Great Yarmouth. Very good place, great for new year.

Trendy restaurant, obliging staff, picturesque position. Light breakfasts with bangers, eggs, hot waffles and cheese. Green garden and good pool area. Cold wines and great cocktails in the snack bar, perfect parking place.

Food is nice at this property and staff is so incredibly helpful. Lots of meals for breakfast, including butter, tea, hot waffles, eggs and cheese. It's warm enough with incredibly large beds and panoramic views.

We stayed here for 2 nights and we liked our choice. Breakfast was delicious, value for money, very sympathetic staff. It had both a fully equipped kitchen and reasonably large bathroom. Furthermore, the hotel was easy walk to Ocean Bay Amusements.

It deserves its 3 stars. Great location and staff, magnificent views. Breakfast offered lots of DECENT meals. Truly enjoyed the for single use we had. Moreover, free Wi Fi was a nice addition.
